Flangeway 4mm OO Gauge ME7 BR Olive Green Ballast Wagon DB989001

The Mermaid wagon was built to allow for their load to be discharged onto the adjacent track or embankment. Built by Metro Cammel in the 1930's, these ballast wagons went on to be built for 30 years, starting out with unfitted versions for the GWR through to being vacuum fitted in the later days.
